Andrei is a Marine Engineer with a Chief Engineer License. Over a 17-year period, he has successfully accrued experience within the Offshore Oil & Gas and Marine Industries. Experience includes 12 years working his way toward Chief Engineer on various types of vessels worldwide, which laterally included Jack-up, Semi-Submersible drilling rigs and has experience on various generation UDW Drill Ships from shipyard project and commissioning phases to bringing the vessel into safe operation on location.
Since 2016 Andrei has been working as a Technical Superintendent and his experience includes, but is not limited to, dry dock operations including organizing and planning major repairs, audits and annual surveys, pre-docking surveys, vessel sales, cold stack / preservation projects and reflagging processes.

Gordon is a First Class Marine Engineer, with one of the first Maintenance Supervisor Tickets in Canada. He brings with him well over 35 years of experience working in the Maritime Industry. With extensive training and experience, has led many successful projects as Chief Engineer on varying types and sizes of vessels, as well as Maintenance Supervisor on Drilling Rigs. On many occasions, has easily transitioned over to onshore Management Teams. Projects worked on included, but not limited to, the overseeing of construction and the procurement of drilling equipment while building a new Drilling Rig, preparation for, budgeting and supervision of dry-docks, as well as research and implementation of new Preventative Maintenance Systems.
Gordon has a demonstrated history as a Leader in the Maritime Industry with a strong focus on preventative maintenance and a greater understanding of predictive maintenance.
